Consent to Process Request

I hereby give my consent for the processing of my above-mentioned personal data by the Operators: LLC "KERAMAX" (454129, Chelyabinsk Region, Chelyabinsk, Mashinostroiteley St., 21, workshop 5, room/cabinet 1/12)

for the purposes of processing my request submitted through the website www.keramaks.ru, and for communication with me regarding the processing and fulfillment of my request using various means of communication, namely through:

the internet; messages to my email address; short text messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS) to my phone number; as well as through the use of information and communication services such as Viber, WhatsApp, and similar services; phone calls.

I authorize the following actions to be performed with my personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage (in electronic form and on paper), clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer) of my personal data to third parties with whom the Operators have valid agreements, under which the Operators entrust the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, including cross-border transfer of personal data, anonymization, blocking, destruction, using automated means and without such means.

I confirm that by giving this consent for the processing of my above-mentioned personal data, I am located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

This consent for the processing of my personal data is valid until my request submitted through the website www.keramaks.ru is fulfilled and may be revoked by me earlier in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, by sending a corresponding written statement to the postal address of the Operator specified in this consent.
