Description
UF-07.01 is a ceramic flux of the fluoride-basic type. It is suitable for welding and surfacing heterogeneous steels and is primarily designed for surfacing and welding with powder wires. This universal flux allows for welding with both direct and alternating currents.

It is characterized by neutral metallurgical properties regarding the burning off or increase of Si and Mn. It can be used in tandem and multi-arc welding, as well as in split arc (twin) welding with both direct and alternating currents. Additionally, it is applicable for surfacing with transverse oscillations of the electrode, primarily using powder wires. It is also intended for tandem and multi-electrode systems.
