Description
UF-N.07 is a ceramic agglomerated flux of the aluminate-basic type, designed for welding and cladding. It is suitable for mechanized and automatic restoration cladding of low-carbon, carbon, and alloyed steel grades. It is characterized by neutral properties.

A distinctive feature of UF-N.07 is its high viscosity at 1500°C, which allows for easy cladding of elements such as the flanges of crane wheels, flanges of railway frogs, and similar products, without spreading over the periphery of the deposited metal. This property effectively holds the metal in place during restoration cladding operations, resulting in good welding and technological properties of the deposited metal.
