The "Metall-Expo 2024" exhibition took place in Moscow, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, and attracted over 30,000 visitors. These attendees included key consumers of metal products from various industries such as construction, machine engineering, aerospace, shipbuilding, the fuel and energy sector, as well as transportation, logistics, metal processing, and metal trading companies.
Traditionally, the exhibition stand of JSC "KERAMAX" was one of the most modern and memorable at the event, showcasing a true example of concise and dynamic industrial design. The stand occupied an area of 102 square meters at the forefront of the exhibition.
At the stand, consumers could explore the full range of the brand's products for welding and surfacing, including a wide variety of ceramic welding fluxes under the "Premium" and "Standard" brands, as well as welding wire and electrodes. A new product was presented at the expo: metallurgical powder wire, the production of which began in the spring of 2024 in the Chelyabinsk region. At the initial stage, the company offers consumers five types of fillers.
"JSC 'KERAMAX' participated in the 'Metall-Expo' exhibition for the first time. For the group of companies, this event is primarily interesting for presenting products that have firmly established themselves in the market—namely, the ceramic fluxes of the 'Standard' and 'Premium' brands, as well as popular electrodes and special electrodes. There is a large pavilion here featuring so-called 'big metallurgists' who use these products on a regular basis, as well as smaller foundries that may be interested in these products," commented Andrey Valentinovich Trofimov, General Director of JSC "KERAMAX."
It is no secret that enterprises engaged in steel production use welding flux and electrodes to restore various components of metallurgical equipment. This product is in demand among metallurgists and in any factory maintenance for minor repairs of equipment.
In addition, representatives of the company "KERAMAX" participated in the business program of "Metall-Expo." The General Director of NPP "KERAMAX ENGINEERING," Murat Akbulatovich Baydimirov, delivered a report on the prospects of import substitution and import acceleration.
At the "Metall-Expo 2024" exhibition, commercial and technical specialists successfully interacted with potential clients, received technical assignments, and agreed on the supply of test and industrial batches of powder metallurgy wire, welding electrodes, welding wire, and, of course, ceramic fluxes.
In 2025, the industrial group "KERAMAX" plans to participate in the "Metall-Expo 2025," which will be held for the first time in Russia's northern capital—Saint Petersburg.
