The company "KERAMAX" has launched a second additional line for the production of ceramic flux. As a result of this project, the production capacity of the enterprise will increase by 80%, reaching approximately 16,000 tons of welding fluxes annually.
The official opening ceremony for the new production line took place on May 26 at the "KERAMAX" facility. The event was attended by company management, employees, political and public figures from the Chelyabinsk region, representatives of partner companies, as well as regional and federal media. In total, more than 100 people participated in the celebration.
The official launch of the new production line was marked by a symbolic press of the "Start" button by the Founder of "KERAMAX," Artem Andreevich Komarov, and Andrey Ilyich Komarov.
The new line began producing ceramic flux on May 26. A trial batch of approximately 200 tons of flux will be produced in June. It is expected that by the end of summer, the second line will reach its planned production capacity of 750 tons per month. Investments in the project amounted to over 300 million rubles of the company's own funds.
The "second line" is not the only current project at "KERAMAX." As part of the company's long-term development strategy through 2025, other projects will also be implemented. Future developments will include projects such as the scientific and technical enterprise "KERAMAX ENGINEERING," a high-tech modern certification laboratory "WELDSTANDARD," and the production of welding wire.
"In the near future, the project 'KERAMAX ELECTRA' will be implemented – a facility for the production of welding electrodes with a production capacity of over 25,000 tons per year," said Artem Andreevich Komarov, the Founder of "KERAMAX."
Thus, the company is steadily implementing its long-term development plan and strategy for technological independence, while also ensuring high-quality welding flux for Russian industrialists.
