LLC "KERAMAX" was established in May 2018 as a separate enterprise based on the existing melting flux production workshop that has been operating since 1956 in Chelyabinsk.

Production of ceramic flux


Solid-section welding wire is used for semi-automatic and automatic welding, as well as for the manufacture of electrodes and filler rods. The wire produced by LLC "KERAMAX" is made from structural carbon steel.
Production is regulated by GOST 7305-91. The technical requirements set by the company's Quality Control Department for the final product are also applied.

According to GOST 9466-75, electrodes for welding and cladding steels are classified based on their intended use: for welding carbon and low-alloy structural steels with σv < 600 MPa - U (conditional designation); for welding alloyed structural steels with σv > 600 MPa - L; for welding heat-resistant steels - T; for welding high-alloy steels with special properties - V; for cladding surface layers with special properties - N.
